    and do u think it is better than full bar press?

    never a big fan of flat dumbells i was always a Flat Barbell Bench, Incline Dumbell kind of person. For Incline im workin the 65's for a good 10

      yeh i do incline aswell but cant lift much on them lol,what do u weigh ?

        80 pounds flat dumbbell press -- 4 sets --- 12 to 8 times.
        70 incline

          You should start with the inclines, as it is the hardest of them all(after awarm up ofcourse)

            weighed in yesterday for my wrestling tournament at 154

              Back when I lifted reguraly I could do 90s 3 sets of 8-10. Now I could probably only put up 65s at the most.

                I prefer dumbbells to barbells because I feel it's a more natural anatomical position to lift the weights - your wrist position is better and dumbbells also strengthen your weaker side (my left deltoid was really weak when I first started lifting - dumbbells even the imbalance). You also work the stablilising muscles when using dumbbells AND if you can't do another rep it's easier to put them down (you are ****ed if you can't do another rep with a barbell and there's no one to spot you)

                Having said all this, the majority of lifters stick to barbells....whichever works I guess.

                  I prefer the flat bar bench press, i lift 120kg dont know what that works out into pounds? Its good to vary ur exercises anyway!

                    Its good to do both. Dumbells work more muscles because you have to keep them balanced.
