    and ya dont need to worry about the washboard abbs , im 3/4 of the way there , i had real good ones but i was off training for a month with a bad back and they aint as good as they used to be.

      Good luck, you are taking in way too much sugar and simple carbohydrates. Too much fats and I think your portions are mixed up. It will catch up with ya sooner or later.

        ohhh, what sugars am i taking that i dont need and cant you tell me out of the lists what i can eat and what i cant.

        im training 5 - 6 days a week aswel btw.
