        Not really, would be fine for a mid morning snack your body needs protiene and complex carbs in the morning. Its why eggs are so popular for breakfast.
        Throw in a couple of egg whites and a fruit and you'd be off to a better start.

          how about a prawn salad roll , on brown? i hate eggs lol.

            The diet I posted in my post on the first page, was what I did to cut. I wouldn't eat that way every day for the rest of my life. I'd go insane.

              It is reccommended by the American College of Sports Medicine that you get 3 carbs for every pound you weigh. Also, you want to get about 2000-2200 calories daily. 80-100g of protein is a good goal as well.

              Make sure the carbs you get come from whole wheat type foods.

                Today i had (well so far)

                7.30 am - Glass of water , vitamin c tablet

                10.00am - Prawn Salad roll (white) And 0.3L of home made tomato soup. and a go ahead slice thing , its for ppl losing weight its like 3.9g fat and quite fillin

                12 30 - 0.3L of home made tomato soup
                a low fat fruit yogurt
                45gram bag of salted peanuts
                an apple

                3.00 pm a Harvest bar

                4.30 a small slice of fruit cake with tiny bit butter.

                  3 carb for every lb??? so say your 180 you want 540 If you want to lose weight the formula is 1/2 the lbs ie 180 needs 90 grams carbs per day. Total calories should be 1500 or belowTo start with and gradualy increase as you start to lose. 180 wants at least 150g protiene This is ideal this is coming from trainers and nutritionists. The formula has to be individualized you can't say this many carbs this many protienes for everybody **** what that report or what ever it is says no knowledgeable Md would state such a thing for most people that is a formula for gaining weight and not muscle with the limited amount of protiene and over load of carbohydrates you'll get fat.

                    7.20pm Bottle of Lucozade sport

                    8.30 pm Potatoes , 2 slices or corned beef , 1 and a 1/4 slices of beetroot and some white pudding (its like oatmeal and onions n tht)
                    and a harvest bar , they aint got much fat in em 3.5g they taste good aswell

                      5.30pm
                      Sweet and sour chicken with rice
                      glass of pepsi

                      8.00pm A apple

                      9.00pm Banana
                      you're really light for your age and height bud. you might just be naturally filling out and growing so don't be worrying too much about ya weight.
