Thanks for the video. Great win for Shannon but a few times it looks like he is posing for a body building contest. Sergei gave the fight away in the last round. I guess if he was a little more experienced he would held on or clinched with Shannon when he got hurt by the first couple of punches.

What a terrible fight... What the hell happened to Sergei. I didn't give him this huge chance like everyone else did but I'm suprised that he was knocked out so easily after only taking maybe 40 punches the whole fight.

Explain to me why the fight should have been stopped after the first knockdown, with only like 10 seconds left in the round?

Because sergie could barley stand, he was actully stumbling backwards right after the ref told him to put his hands up, and the ref let it continue anyways.
When a fighter gets knocked out of the ring, he can get seriously injured.

His trainer told him previously that the fight was close and he wasn't sure who was ahead on the cards and Sergei probably thought that knockdown gave the fight to Briggs. He gets up but just has nothing left in the tank and is then knocked through the ropes.

he had nothing left in the tank because Briggs' power exhausted him.
Every time briggs hit him on the gloves throughout the fight it bothered him and made him tired. Briggs is just incredibly strong

Briggs showed terrible stamina... He couldn't even stand after 12 rounds of scooting around.. Thats all you would have to do to beat Briggs is run around the right and make him follow you and he would pass out.
