        As I recall the rules specify that a man has 20 seconds to get back into the ring. I wasn't there but it appears the referee did not give Liakhovich a full count.

          If the ref feels that the fighter can't continue he could wave it off though.

                  He fell on his own accord, not from a punch. That fight should have been stopped 5 seconds earlier, so it really doesnt matter.
