I think he has a style that will be difficult for Floyd, but that's only half the battle.

He needs to use Mayweather's name to promote a fight with an opponent that nobody knows...he does it all the time, he will say, "I have the style to beat Mayweather, it will be like Leonard vs Duran, blah, blah, blah," , but he doesn't fight Floyd in his next fight.

How long is he going to wait, until Floyd declines and is in his mid 30's

Clottey is more proven then Williams for one..he has one lost by DQ to Baldi and is ranked in the top ten at WW by RING.. if he doesnt fight Wiliams then he will be stripped so if he hasn't been stripped then he isnt ducking anyone..
