I can put on 7 pounds of muscle in a month if I had to, but everyone's body is different.

That was the worst I ever saw Hatton.

They were absolutly A's when Roy fought them.
And Ruiz is an A, easily.
Julio and Clintion Woods are both B's.
I think you also have to factor in not only did Roy beat these guys, he absolutly dominated them.
Like that makes knocking out montell griffen out in 1 an A.
      Catch my drift?

Not without the aid of a conditionist/nutritionist, and even then anybody would struggle. And bare in mind Hatton already had muscle.

Hatton had absolutly no trouble putting the pounds on. He has gone up to 180 between fights before.

But Griffin got rid of Eddie Futch after the first fight..

With Futch, he put abit of a schooling on Jones.

Lift weights and eat alot, it's not that hard. Of course I've used creatine in the past, which helps alot.

Thats what Im thinking, he was fat before so he just took off less weight.

I'm talking pure muscle, I'm not talking fat.

I'm talking pure muscle during boxing training.

Collazo has made a name for himself by giving Hatton trouble, and all the best to him, but Hatton will go down in history as a two weight world champ and the rest is to be continued.
