Roy Jones's prime competition... exactly how good was it?

Considering he's going down in boxing history head and shoulders above Eubank, I think he's fine with that.

Funny how you were arguing with him about it a page back, and are now focused just on me.
Some things never change.Comment

Your doing it AGAIN.I'm not insecure about anything.
You're the one who needs to bash on Jones because he gets more credit and acclaim in the boxing world than Benn and Eubank.
I don't see how it gets anymore simple than that.
I think they're both great fighters, and I'm glad you like them and that they make your world more exciting.
It doesn't justify al the time and effort you've spent cutting down Jones though.
Benn and Eubank get no acclaim in American boxing at all, while Jones gets tonnes, you've made your point. It doesn't change the fact that Jones was a major dissappointment who fought pathetic opposition.
This is not about Benn or Eubank. This about Roy Jones. Read the first post of this thread...Comment

You telling anyone a thread isn't about Eubank is quite funny.Your doing it AGAIN.

If you want to continue discussing his opposition, that's fine. It wasn't the best opposition, but it was solid. There were enough names on it, and current or former champions, that when you add that to all the titles in different weight classes you're not left with something that writes off the guy from being an all time great fighter.
He was one of the best fighters of his generation, and an all time great. That can't be denied.Comment
