Corrales-Castillo 1: STOP SAYING CORRALES CHEATED!!!!

its called a stradegy!!! he willing took 3 points off that round, in the hopes that he could come back and win by KO! And after being knocked down twice in the same round, the chances of that are were very, very slim

if that fight went to the cards, eveyone would be calling him an idiot for spitting out his mouthpiece! not a cheater for surviving the fight!

Was it your strategy to spell the word as stradegy? In all honesty, I'm glad Corrales won that fight, and perhaps cheating is a harsh word, but he got real lucky that Tony let him up from that second KD in the first place (up at 9!)... ugh what a fight.

A "stradegy" (man, that got me laughing for about 5 minutes) that includes breaking a rule in order to gain an advantage is called cheating. So, Chico is a cheater.

        strategy, w/e

and he got up clearly at 9. he let corrales go because he saw that he was on 1 knee, waiting for the count to reach 9.

if he did a tyson, where he attempted get up off both knees while on limp legs, weeks would have stopped it. u know?

there is no cheating by spitting out your mouthpiece, especially when a point is being taken away. saying it's cheating is the only way SORE LOSERS can express themselves.

the real cheater is the guy who can't make weight then has his ****ing DOCTOR try use his foot to lighten his weight on the scales. THATS ****ING CHEATING!

then to not make weight again and complain that corrales wont take the fight is absurd!

corrales is a stand up guy inside and outside of the sport of boxing, he doesn't go down that road of cheating, there ought to be more fighters with corrales'integrity.........

it also says "in the rules" that u get a couple warnings before points are removed. Thats the rules my friend. he got one warning, one point deduction. and the fight went on. it was clearly within the boundry of the rules.

the rules were created so that fighters would follow the rules, but not be unfairly punished for breaking them. when corrales broke the rules, weeks did EXACTLY what the rules of the game instructed him to do.

it wasn't cheating. He got points taken off. It's not his fault Castillo couldn't finish the job and got careless. Corrales beat him fair and square.

If Corrales spitting his mouth peice to gain sometime to recover is considered "cheating"

Then you might as well consider running out of bounds in football to stop the clock "cheating" as well

What Corrales was totally within the boundaries of the rules of boxing. He took his warning and one point deduction like a man.

Technically it is cheating. Breaking the rules in order to win in any form is cheating. Running out of bounds isn't breaking the rules = P
