You not seen his last two fights? The guy is done unfortunately. Left his best days in the amateurs.

Another limey bum. Andrade is heading nowhere fast. Been that way for almost a decade.

I would like to know why Andrade did not move faster to use the WBO rules, to get him a fight with BJ Saunders? Did Eddie Hearn discourage him? Did he have concerns with going to 168? Was he promised a fight with GGG?

            Rant!!

Tired of seeing champions fight mid level competition. He beats Williams and its just another win. Nothing extraordinary. Andrade desperately needs a better opponent. He's made a career of fighting C level guys. And i think he is a good fighter but his level of comp is ridiculous. The only names that satisfy are Charlo, GGG, or Saunders at 68 or 60. And please, i dont wanna hear about who's ducking who. Just make the best fights already. These guys are absolutely waisting their prime years and also waisting my time as a fan. This fight definitely doesnt move the needle for me. ALSO tired of these guys chasing canelo. Boxing could be sooooo much better!!! My favorite sport???? I might wanna rethink that. smdh

Yeah, Korobov is a great example of what's wrong with our sport. Great prospect, had a great run at middleweight, then lost a title fight to Andy Lee. No harm in that, Lee was a great fighter.

But now Korobov didn't have a 0. Now he was way too much risk to fight so his career just went to ****. The Charlo win should have brought him back, but he got ****ed on the cards after having taken the fight on barely any notice.

Also, just checked his boxrec. Looks like he tried to fight again in December and lost RTD4 after ****ing up his ankle. Poor guy.

And after Eubank fight he was getting the better of Ronald Ellis when his ankle gave out in the 4th round. Guy is held together by duct tape at this stage of his career. It's a shame because the only dude I remember decisively beating him was Andy Lee (and in a fight that Andy was losing badly when he landed a bolt of lightning on Mattvey's skull).

Andrade was told by the WBO that he absolutely had to vacate his 160lb belt to move up to 168lbs to be the number 1. They would not allow him to keep his current belt even for 24 hours after the fight. AND Matchroom wouldn't guarantee him the Saunders fight because Andrade was told Saunders wanted too much money and DAZN wouldn't pay it even after he offered to reduce HIS pay to get the fight. (And of course Canelo didn't want to fight Andrade to become undisputed so Matchroom wasn't exactly excited to make the Saunders Andrade fight and upset Canelo!)

The problem was that nobody would guarantee him the Saunders fight if he did vacate and he has a hard enough time getting anyone to step in the ring with him WITH his world title belt. Who is going to fight him without a belt? Nobody! And even if he vacated and became the #1 at 168 it could be a YEAR or longer before he would become the mandatory for Canelo with all the politics. In the end Andrade had no choice but to keep the 160lb belt...
