Benavidez just fought Dirrell, who is better than the last two Plant just fought and even better than Plant himself. And Angulo, who went the distance with Zurdo Ramirez and is tough as nails. Both Angulo and specially Zurdo Ramirez would kill Plant.

Grow the fa ck up. Not every Mexican fighter is great and not every great fighter is Mexican.

I realize it was for a belt but a win over the overrated and over the hill Dirrell isn't some type of great win. Angelo is garbage and couldn't beat Plant if his life depended on it. Yeah Ramirez would beat Plant but I think he retired (nobody's seen him forever).

In a Benevidez/Plant fight, I would favor Benevidez too but let's not lie and act like he's fighting better competition than Plant. That's just simply not true.

Yeah I agree. Theirs only 1 Real fight out there and thats Benavidez he caught a break to prolong that fight because Canelo threw himself in the mix but the real fight I rather see before Benavidez or Plant vs Canelo is Plant vs Benavidez. I dont want neither to be tainted with a L before they face each other. Yea David needs to tighten up and keep refocused pissing his talent away with outside the ring BS.
