Nobody. Not even a blown up, washed up has been fighting above his weight class.

Before we get ahead of ourselves Golovkin typically fights more than once a year. There will be another fight after Munguia and it could be Andrade but the money would have to be right.

Why would you fight Mungia when you can fight a guy with a belt and then with a win you're only 2 belts away from undisputed, one of those fights against the guy you keep begging for a fight with.

GGG and Andrade have the same promoter. They fight on the same network. No excuse for this fight not to happen next.
        Lol @ scared to lose!

It's because one brings money and notoriety and one doesn't.

Not to mention that that Munguia's wins over Sadam Ali and Liam Smith are better than anyone on Andrade's resume.

To be honest, I would like to see Munguia vs. Andrade. Munguia is the #1 contender for the WBO at 160 and Andrade needs a good opponent. Most importantly I believe it would be an entertaining matchup.

As for the question of why GGG would choose Munguia, I think it also has to do with marketing.

It's easier to market face-first brawlers whether we like it or not. Even if the pure boxer is way more skilled.

The both pretty much deserve it equally but if I'm GGG, I would stay at MW and fight the 'easier to look good' fight against a guy that brings more money and attention on Cinco de Mayo

That said, the Canelo trilogy should be the priority and Andrade is still a very winnable fight even for a 39 y/o GGG

There's a better chance that GGG will choose to fight your local plumber than either of these two.

At this point I think I'll stop complaining about boxing. If the great fights happen then perfect. If not then whatever. Boxing could've followed the other major sports leagues in having a unified sport a long time ago but it's been corrupt for so long they'd rather not. All this **** we complain about is boxing tradition.

Triple flop always chooses the easier fight. He has done that his whole career. now they are using the 38 trs age reason. but he was doing that since he was 24. triple flop sucks.

I want that too, and what's interesting is that Munguia is actually the #1 contender at 160 for the WBO belt that Andrade holds.

I think both guys would benefit from fighting each other.
