DAZN wants GGG-Canelo. GGG just wants to get paid and fight whoever DAZN wants, since they are overpaying him. And Andrade wants to fight Canelo on even terms. That's how I see it.
you may not be wrong....but DAZN and golovkin should have been watching canelo closely....he did things to delay the first golovkin fight...and after the 2nd has made it clear he isnt too happy with golovkin/isnt all that interested in doing it again for whatever his reasons are.....so at some point you cant tie everything to that hope.....and thats always what it seems like with golovkin...hes tied his whole career to canelo....when canelo tells him to go get a belt he goes straight for what he thinks is the lowest hanging fruit or easiest fight to make in chenko.....

whats golovkin doing defending an ibf belt against a mando if he wont unify with charlo or andrade?
I tried to address some of that in my first post here. I don't think any of those guys really want to face each other, and I don't think PBC or DAZN really want those fights either.

DAZN wants GGG-Canelo 3. GGG wants to fight whoever DAZN says, they are overpaying him and I'm sure he knows it. It just so happens that DAZN doesn't want too tough of fights for GGG right now because of Canelo-GGG 3 still being a possibility.

I really have no idea what Andrade and Charlo want. I think Charlo is getting 'bad' advice if he really turned down a Canelo fight for $10 million. That or he/his team know he isn't ready.

Andrade is a weird guy to me who is hard to read. I can't tell if he is really avoided or if he doesn't really want to fight guys either and it's mutual.

All of it is just a mess really. Times like this I wish we had 1 promoter like the UFC who would force these fights we want to see.

Well he got his just desserts if he was thinking Chenko was going to be easy lol. I would say the Canelo stuff worked out for him in the sense that he got paid massively. No other fights were going to do that for him really.

But yeah it is kind of a mess. The whole Canelo/DAZN/Golden Boy stuff too is a mess. Looks like DAZN felt they could force Canelo-GGG 3, and Canelo felt otherwise. Now they are still working together, but you know DAZN wants that fight still, I imagine.

Idk it's just a mess. Wish there was a way to force some of these fights. We all know who we want to see mix it up.

Why would you fight Mungia when you can fight a guy with a belt and then with a win you're only 2 belts away from undisputed, one of those fights against the guy you keep begging for a fight with.

GGG and Andrade have the same promoter. They fight on the same network. No excuse for this fight not to happen next.
You clown. Who the **** wants to watch Andrade jab and run for 12 rounds? You’d rather on a Saturday night watch GGG chase a running amateur style Andrade over going to war with a giant Mexican? Gtfoh. Andrade has ZERO FANS, brings ZERO to the table. At least the Mexicans will tune in if munguia fights.

i dont know if charlo really turned down a canelo fight for 10...but if he did its probably on the belief that if they can build him up more hed be worth more than that a couple of years down the road......but im not sure..i generally think haymon has a good idea and knows what hes doing most of the time...no guy is 100 percent but haymon has a good track record so his advice is usually something to take...he made wilder a very rich man without an AJ fight....and hes got tank as already one of the bigger names in boxing....

as ive said many times with boo boo..im from RI just like him...we follow our big athletes and pull for them since we are so small....ive watched his career....its been botched...the ROC fiasco which came as he backed out of a jermell fight 3 weeks from the date...his own promoter(artie pellulo) said that andrades father lied about the sum of money he wasnt squabbling over and that the actual amount was more.......it is hard to tell but something tells me hes content getting a little over a mil for these cake fights.......i think hed take a golovkin or canelo fight if they materialized but he also might overprice himself too...i dont know

im not saying golovkin thought chenko was "easy"...but prob the easiest option...lets face it...even if you think andrade is overrated...his athleticism and style could be a major problem for golovkin at this point....i think chenko was the cheapest option and probably the least threatning

I want the best to fight the best. Andrade and GGG are both better boxers than Mungia so those are the 2 I want to see fight.

Sounds like GGG. Only champion he be was Lemiux for the IBF. All other belts were handed to him or vacant. GGG is happy to be defending titles against mandatories that are bums. What happened to wanting all rhe belts at 160?

Cause if it's not a big money Canelo fight he wants someone thats gonna stand and trade with him which is why he ducked Lara and Ward and now Andrade

i agree...too bad his superfans are so delusional they cant even consider that as a possibility....golovkin never ducks..never does anything wrong...never loses...its always someone elses fault...the systems fault or something

they clearly dismissed lara and ward for obvious reasons....teh fanbois will claim those guys werent in golovkins division but we all know the real reasons...with lara they were afraid someone might actually go 12 with golovkin and make him look like less than a killer......his own team dismissed lara saying he brought no money for fans....but the reality is at that point lara would have been the best name on golovkins resume by a good margin

The same D-chenko who got taken to school by Charlo?
