Team ggg said anyone from 54-68 so if he wanted it he could of went to 55

don’t act like he’s bigger than the sport. I’m just point out how hypocritical he was with his argument of needing to grow into 160 because we all know it was BS. You may think he’s the best thing going for the sport but aside from his fights with ggg and Jacobs, I haven’t been blown away with his recent opponent selection over the past 4 years. It’s all been calculated risks, meaning not too much risk involved.

only 3 fights there but how many years? Cmon bro don’t be a casual, and if ggg wants it then he can easily go to 68 what’s big deal?

I don’t disagree with that. Like I said, I’m just pointing out the hypocrisy of his stance as it relates to weight because he went from saying he needed time to gradually move up 5 pounds, to now going into different weight classes without a problem because the opponents he’s selected in these bigger classes weren’t as risky as ggg was back then.

YOU haven’t... yet he is already considered an all time great and like I said his resume speaks for itself... what’s big deal anyway? If ggg wants it what’s wrong with 68?

Makes sense, really. Canelo looks good at 168, and, as Bread pointed out in his latest mailbag, Canelo doesn't struggle anymore against fighters with longer reach. No matter what kind of freak of nature GGG is, it has got to get tougher to make weight with years. Even B-Hop moved up eventually.

So the idea of a fight at 168 is fine. What is not fine is the language Reynoso uses. Saying that Golovkin won't get favors won't get Golovkin to agree to a fight quicker. They'd be better off showing some respect. But hey, they already fought twice. Not the end of the world if they don't fight the 3rd time.

spent 6 years fighting at 154/55. Spent barely 2 years fighting around the mw division and can’t make weight anymore. 1 of 2 things happened, either he was full of sht when he said he needed time to grow into mw or clen helped him make a weight he wouldn’t have been able to make otherwise. You pick which of the two you feel is accurate, but it’s one of those two. As for the third fight , I really don’t care if it happens or not or in which weight class. I just know canelo played fans for fools when he was playing his games about weight classes during his 155 days.

Wait till Golovkin is 40 and make him move up in weight. Obviously Clenela wants nothing to do with top fighters. Plant, Saunders and Yildirim are garbage worse than the Smith fight. Coincidentally the belt holders at 168 are much worse than 160, 175. Pure coincidence.

And still, nothing wrong with 68. And it’s still a good fight that will sell. You claim to be a fan of the sport but are fixated on hating on one man.. why don’t you appreciate it the fight actually happens? But then again that’s your prerogative, if you wanna lead that type of life, it’s your life. I’m fine if the fight happens or not too. Canelo and ggg have many options anyway... but let’s be real, since Canelo and ggg first fought each other, Canelo has fought better opposition then ggg so if you gate and point out and critique Canelo for anything, let’s hear your ggg take... keep it real
