I challenge people all the time to name the last Canelo Alvarez opponent who was coming off of a great performance against a top notch fighter. When they can't answer the question they cry and cry and call me racist names.Comment

I like Canelo because I like boxing and I love seeing great fighters fight. It's not personal to me in the least bit. I may have thought that Fury messed with the gloves against Wilder, and that there are good chances that he was on something against Klitschko, but I will never miss one of his big fights. He's my favorite heavyweight hands down and my favorite boxer in the game now.
And that's the difference between me and you.Comment

Thank you for the compliment. In what way am I too high on GGG? He's had a dominant run at MW. I think people don't appreciate how impressive he was vs other good pros.
It isn't easy to dominate like he did vs other good pros. Odds are you have a bad night or a bad matchup. And I never saw him lose a fight. The only one that was close was vs Derevy.
That's not fawning praise, just objective analysis. I've said many times I would have liked him to have moved up to challenge himself, post Canelo fights anyway.
All of his fans, really. Or many of them.Comment

I've watched more Canelo fights live, from start to finish, than any other fighter. Active or retired.I like Canelo because I like boxing and I love seeing great fighters fight. So what exactly was your point again?
I wasn't hating on the guy. Just saying that people don't analyze fighters or fights objectively.Comment
