Why did Haymon turned Luis Ortiz into a showcase fighter?

Look at the opposition he fought when he was not fighting Wilder.
It's even nauseating when fellow PBC fighters like Breazeale, Martin,
Kownacki, Ruiz, Arreola, Washingon are available for him.

It's Wilders only decent win. Should those guys fight and beat him then Wilders win won't look as impressive. That's also why he wasn't allowed to fight Joshua when he was offered a fight. They had to lie to both Hearn and Ortiz himself to make sure that didn't happen cuz he was up for itzm, they pretended he was on Holiday and kept him completely in the dark.

PBC fans like to tell us they playing chess over there at the PBC, yes they are, they use pawns to protect their Kings, they have ruined a potential good career for Ortiz in the aid of trying to build Wilder as a PPV star.

Santa Cruz was a pawn for Tank Davis to destroy and Mikey Garcia was Errol Spence's pawn except Spence couldn't do what was expected of him and knock Mikey out.

I’ve been wondering the same thing about Ugas. I guess this is Haymon being fair. Like with Garcia too, these guy’s don’t fight anyone worth spit till that title shot. Really cuts back on the great fights that could be made.

arreola=took over 2 years off after losing to wilder and honestly hasnt fought anyone worth a lick since really cept for kownacki...but he was just a name opponent for kownacki to build off and nothing more
ruiz= has only been with pbc since jan of 2019 and has had only 3 fights with haymon...with 2 of them being mega paydays on another network with AJ
kownacki=was being built as another viable option for wilder

theres a bunch of names there...but not alot of substance......it seems as if youre hinting that hes protecting ortiz or something...i dunno...he certainly doesnt protect his Welters...theyre all fighting each other......he does only have 1 potential superstar at HW which is/was wilder...so im sure hes certainly being careful with how he moves the other guys so that he has viable options for wilder in the event that AJ/fury fights didnt happen...thats certainly a possibility...but i dont think he was really protecting ortiz or scared hed get beat by any of those guys

No one you listed would fight Ortiz unless it was for a title.

So the boogeyman narrative is still insisted by this poster, like fans are ******.
If you're saying those guys listed are all cowards, okaay...
PBC heavyweights are all scared to fight Ortiz, 'cept Wilder.
            Oookay doe.

because if they put ortiz in with a half decent non pbc heavyweight and he inevitably gets stopped, it makes the whole pbc heavyweight stable look even worse

He should just retire and stop wasting space in this sport.
His time has passed. No need to keep fighting.

He is not fighting any worse opponents than Lara, Andrade, Jacobs and Saunders have been fighting lately. Haymon can't make Ortiz look better than he is. Smart boxing fans know the level of his opponents.

Becausr haymon literally blackballed ortiz taking advantage of his lack of english. For instancr remenber when ortiz wanted the AJ fight was suppose to be millers replacement but team f... Em over wanted wilder instead of AJ fight cause for varioua reason. U can truthfully just look at ortiz and see the skill like nost cubans like ugas and lara theyre avoided because theyre super talented but never lineal champs so way to high risk for low reward. Wilder took both ortiz fights got pushed for dear life and saved by ref/bell in first fight and then got totally exposed in 2nd fight showing wilder cant fight off backfoot has no inside game at all fury saw this n was like we damn im bigger younger equal iq but more nimble on feet let me try it and he did vs wilder in 2nd and had wilder looking even more ******. Ortiz vs povetkin for whos the best old person n probably 4th best heavy would be great match. Ortiz vs povetkin usyk or joyce next no other choice less its whyte or parker or such
