Yeah AJ won that rematch, but with no fame. Joshua was take zero chance in Diriyah, it was too afraid to fight like a man and exchange. He ran like Forrest Gump! Ruiz beat him in a much better way and this more quickly.

To win without risk is to triumph without glory.

Winning is winning (unless it's cheating)

Andy ate his title away. Had no respect.

I know people wanted AJ to give Andy a fair chance. Stand there and trade.

            Pride ?!?!?

1st he cried about it not being safe for AMERICANS to travel there
Then he went on several eating contests prior to the rematch.

            Where's the pride ?

              Both "Champions" lost their fights.
You know what I mean. For a voluntary to reign, they go into the fight knowing full well they need to win and then avoid losing the rematch.

Ruiz never had the commitment to be a reigning champion. Joshua is a proven champion.

On his best day, Ruiz might beat Joshua on a bad day but that's true of plenty of challengers and plenty of Champions. It's staying at the top that defines a boxer.

I agree that Ruiz made a fool of himself by arriving completely ballooned in the second clash. Despite everything, Joshua didn't even manage to stop Andy and worse, he didn't try ...

I would have loved to have seen AJ return the favor but
sometimes 12 rd shutouts are just as good. 36 minutes of failure.

Andy wasn't cut out to be a long term champ.

Why do you call it running? He was embarrassed 6 months earlier that game plan was the only game plan that would get him the W that night. Ruiz has got extremely fast hands but slow ass feet if you keep moving and don’t allow his feet to set so he throws those combinations you take away his entire arsenal. It’s not vintage AJ but he stuck to a game plan and actually impressed me the way he moved. I’m not dis*****g he probably was thinking I don’t really want to engage and get into a war and potentially get knocked out but what’s wrong with that?

He caught Joshua with a great punch to the temple and took him out. Kudos to him for that and he was rewarded handsomely. This levels above Joshua was not evident in the second fight unless we are just running with the first?
