      I respect that

I love how some salty yanks try and paint it that he just ran all night, he snapped his fat head back every round. He threw plenty power shots too, Fury in his Klitchko win where he is lauded as a genius hardly threw anything with any power behind it.

He was in with a fat guy. Had a 22 foot ring installed for the fight. Tried to get brave a few times but was sent scurrying back to his running strategy.

That's not impressive behavior at all.

Supposedly Ruiz is taking it seriously now with Canelo and his trainer, if indeed that's true I wouldn't mind seeing number 3, I feel Joshua still has some demons if that fight happens, he just fought so defensive in that second fight, yes he won but he didn't win like he lost to Andy.
            andy has always been fat
he put on weight whilst blagging that he was losing weight, hoping that aj would in turn look for a ko (ie box the same as the first fight). He thought his extra weight would just make him harder to knock down.

all the stories of ruiz's lifestyle are fake stories. Both he and his trainer were openly boasting about ruiz's training before the fight. They only made excuses after the loss.

It’s hilarious the hate some guys have for AJ on here. The amount who claim fury is the best boxer but AJ ran from Ruiz is laughable - if you can’t see how that approach was so similar to fury’s in all his fights then I’m surprised your on this forum.

I found it interesting that rob said Joshua wasn’t 100% for the first fight with Ruiz- despite all the rumours etc, this is the first time we have heard anyone in his team say he wasn’t 100%, they have never offered any sort of excuse previously. This wasn’t so much an excuse as a passing comment but the nevertheless does confirm one of the many rumours probably had substance

Fact is, hate it or love it, AJ won. Those saying it's more so because Ruiz was overweight clearly haven't watched many of his fights; Ruiz is as good at cutting up a ring as a pair of rubber scissors to cardboard. Fit or not, the result would have been the same, a complete shutout UD.

Try and diminish it all you want, but he won a 12-round shut out against the unified heavyweight champion of the world.

Didn't cut Ruiz by running. You cannot win rounds without hitting your opponent. He won all 12.

Before the fight people said it was inevitable that Joshua would gas at some point. After the fight, suddenly the bigger ring was an advantage for the fighter with the supposedly suspect gas tank.

Yes, he was disciplined. Yes, he stuck to the strategy. Yes, he backed up if Ruiz started to land. That's called boxing.
