I just can't get excited for this. AJ has been incredibly boring for a number of years now, in and out of the ring.

Takam, Parker, Ruiz etc. Those are some of the worst heavyweight title fights I've ever seen.

I hope we're going to see the universal soldier again this time around, but i doubt it.

I am excited because it is a heavyweight title fight and AJ KOs 9 out of every 10 guys he fights. it is not a great fight to me but a fight worth looking forward to and watching.

I didn't even realize it was this weekend. I've been saying for ages now that its a fight that they should have gotten out of the way in a bubble like setting during the summer. Was ****** to have this dumbass fight months later so a few drunk casuals can sing during the fight.

Pulev says he's coming for a war, let's just hope that AJ puts it on him.

Nope, not really. I'll be excited if he fights Fury. Pulev is nobody

Honestly don’t care. Just dropped $30 on Pulev by KO, which I doubt works out. Still can’t even jumpstart any interest. I think that’s because I know in my heart that AJ will never come out on top as the ultimate.

Not really and while I fully expect AJ to do the job on Saturday I'm not completely counting Pulev out like most are. I'm expecting Pulev to have his moments early on but AJ should put it on him and stop him in the second half, around the 8th. I can also see an early KO for AJ.

Having said that, there's been a common theme this year with good fighters being given absolutely no chance to win and they've proven most people wrong: Teo against Loma, Pov-Whyte, Joyce-Dubois. I said that Pov-Whyte was 50/50 and a lot of people thought I was smoking crack, same with Dubois-Joyce. I didn't think Teo had the skills/experience against Loma but I didn't completely count him out either and that's kind of the attitude I have with this fight although Pulev doesn't have the youth advantage like Teo did so that takes away a lot of the excitement; we didn't really know how Lopez would do at that level whereas we know what Pulev will bring. I can't really see Pulev pulling it off but I won't be completely shocked if he does. That's about how far my excitement for this fight goes. I think the best possible outcome for Pulev is losing a close points decision that some will think should've gone his way. I can't really envision a scenario where he KO's AJ.

Not hugely excited but still interested in seeing how AJ performs now the pressure is on him to entertain. Any fight involving AJ/Fury/Wilder is going to have some hype behind it, and Pulev is not a terrible opponent.

Not really. Obviously gonna watch but expecting AJ to break him down gradually rather than but on a great offensive show.

Pulev is solid fighter, but he clinchhumped his way to victory vs Chisora and I'd probably pick Povetkin/Whyte/Parker over him. So it's AJ coming off the 2 worst performances of his career vs a 40 year old who doesn't have anything special going for him. AJ should win easily, Pulev might land a hail mary shot but that will be said of anybody who fights AJ from now on
