Hahaha, Josh don’t want any part of anymore fights in the USA. Tyson is definitely a global fighter. Whatever happened to a big fight in Nigeria?

Joshua and Hearn don’t want no smoke with Tyson fury.
If AJ fighting Pulev is him fighting the "easiest opponents possible" what would you describe Fury fighting Wallin, Schwarz or potentially Kabayel next as?

Its not unreasonable at all that a fight between two Brits should take place in the UK, in a big stadium show (which they couldnt do in America), at a practical time for Europe where most of the viewers will be.

It would be good if they put how much of a pay cut matchroom and Joshua have taken and then let the fans decide whether or not they want to pay their increased ppv of £25 in what they rightly call hard times, for a fight that has to take place as a mandatory but very few have asked for and now without Okolie very poor!

Can’t argue against that. The top heavyweights are from the UK.

I don’t know why people are criticizing Joshua for wanting to fight in the UK. Both him and Fury are Britons, so it makes sense to make this an all UK showdown. Much better than hosting it in the UAE.

American heavyweights are non-existent because American big men have the option to go to football and basketball, two sports which pay infinitely more than boxing and come with a bachelors degree since you have to go through university. Not just the money from contracts but a lot more money from sponsors as well. A 6’4-6’7 athlete in the USA is a forward in basketball and a defensive or offensive end in football. A 6’1-6’3 is a guard in basketball and a myriad of positions in football. All over 200lbs. Mike Tyson was built like an offensive back in football.
British big men really have no other option save maybe rugby but rugby players are not as tall as both American big men sports.
You’ll probably never see American heavyweights at the pre 2000 levels again. Anything that was light heavyweight and up is now in football or basketball, particularly black Americans who are the majority of both sports. Why take a chance at boxing and maybe make a couple of mil at the championship level of you get that far when you can make hundreds of mil in football, basketball, and certainly even baseball which pays better than them all.

Agreed , half the crowd there have their backs turned or pay little interest the other half haven't got a clue what they are watching .......but Greedy Hearn will convince the fighters otherwise.

I'm OK with this suggestion from Joshua if it means we get to see this fat gypsy bum get beaten nearly to death

Willing to give the much lesser draw 50% and take less to fight. Nobody can claim he doesn't want the fight. Time for Fury to find his nuts.
