When exactly Ortiz got labeled the most feared I'm not sure. It's all here anyway though, and on BF24, and Boxrec, and everywhere else they were talking HWs from 2012-18. It was grass roots bollocks. There is no good reason. Like a lot of things fans say on forums it just comes from someone making a point that others like to repeat. It caught on and the article writers noticed and wrote the articles Ortiz fans obviously want to see. Ortiz used to have fans. Like how Wilder used to have more than just three fans here.
