It’s all good. I agree that compubox has issues.

I just remember that late flurry from Loma. I honestly don’t remember him doing anything else in round 2.

Once loma had shook off the ring rust he was winning near on every damn round, in a normal year where he was active and there was a crowd he would have won that easily.

He didn't really. But honestly some of those early rounds were really interesting when you're just watching to score them. Lopez clearly won some, but only because Loma maybe landed 1, or even 0, scoring punches in some of those rounds. Lopez would land like 3 or so clean in a round like that.

2 I felt was close. Could give it to Loma as he was the 'star' but anyone saying he got to 6 rounds...I mean you are reaching hard. Just not there. Could see 5 but that's it.

I think he's right that a lot of stuff from Lopez wasn't landing clean....but it didn't matter lol. Loma landed like 0 or 1 punches in some of those rounds. If Lopez landed anything he won by default.

Loma like Triple G can’t fight going backwards.
GGG boxed well vs Canelo in that one round where he was on the back foot. Other than that I've never seen him box off the back foot for any extended time

            Good analogy for Hagler-Leonard though

Exactly. I'm not buying the "well he didn't win but it was a draw" BS from certain people. That's just another way to avoid saying that Lomachenko lost and I would bet they didn't even score the fight.

You should know by now posters and casual fans in general don’t count punches they get exited by aggressive fighters even if they aren’t landing the cleaner shots or shots In general and getting busted up in the process ...it’s no different then the AJ ran from Ruiz scenerio really .this forum...lol

That being said ,Loma has himself to blame knowing what you posted which is correct.

They don't count jabs. Which is largely what Loma focused on.

So to NSB, Loma landed nothing at all.
