Arum surely rigged it. Arum has made it clear in interviews Lopez is his new golden boy, even equating him to Ali.
Obviously, Arum knows he can make far more long term money with Lopez than a white Eastern European (Arum secretly detests whites). So Arum rigs the judges and instructs Lopez to box safe, don't take any risks, as long as you go 12 two of the judges are bought off. So Lopez boxes carefully, just like Floyd vs Pac and Holyfield vs Lewis 1. Two other highly suspect "fights."
Plausible theory for sure.Comment

The scorecard with 11-1 was disgraceful and it’s not talked about enough because the rightful man won, but this fight wasn’t a victory for Loma, have been watching Loma since 2007 and this is the single worse performance that I have seen from him. You just have to learn to take that L.Comment

Check the rbr thread. My scorecard was 8-4, 116-112. The same score as the most respected score from all the judges and anyone broadcasting the fight.
I actually know how to score a fight and do so properly each fight.
I don’t score fights based on race of the fighter like you and others.Comment

Loma looked lost, he is not a fighter...we all saw that and we saw it against Salido. When he was matched against people paid to lose he could do his dancing around and all the silly rubbish he used to do. But that don't work against someone who wants to hurt you, you could see once he felt Lopez's punches his foot work was gone....no more "matrix"
