But Vargas is a HUGE ******* with all that fake "Aztec Warrior" garbage. He goes to the weigh-in and press conferences all menacing and foaming at the mouth and then gets his ass handed to him in the ring. This happened vs. Tito. Then vs. Oscar. He talked SO MUCH **** before the ODLH fight. And then Oscar KO'd him.

He got legitimately beaten by Shane. Did anyone of you see repeated head butts? Talked **** at the post-fight press conference. So, Shane gets him back in the ring and beats the spit out of him.

According to Atrocious Fernando Vargas, he has never lost: my nutritionist gave me steroids. I ate cereal for a month to make weight. I had dry toast the day of the fight. Yadda yadda. Always an excuse.

Shut the **** up and go away, Fernando. You Mexican piece of ****.

    STFU with all this hatin.
Funny how you can bad mouth and talk trash a fighter from behind a computer. Even if he wasnt the most skilled fighter out there he still fought his heart out every night and got up from every knock down to keep fighting. He never pussied out or stayed down even when he could have been one punch away from death. If thats not an "Aztec Warrior" I dont know what is. Like I said, not the most talented but definately the bravest.

And what boxer doesnt make excuses ???
they all do one way or the other.

Let me guess you lost a huge bet on Vargas right? Go **** yourself, the guy has tons of heart and gave his all in the ring, how many people would have gotten up and continued to fight against Trinidad, not many have, Vargas never gave up. And talking trash, many fighters talk trash to hype themselfs up, can't anybody climb into the ring or get up after every knock down as he has. Takes balls... hes put himself out their many times and few fighters are willing to do that.

Vargas has the most heart of any boxer out there today, no matter what ANYBODY says. Who could stand up to Tito and take that beating? Get up from five knockdowns, all which were knockout punches? Challenge DLH and give him the worse beating of his life in five rounds, steroids or not? Go toe to toe with Mosley in their first fight? And make Yori Boy Campas quit with only sixteen pro fights under the belt? NOBODY ELSE, thats who. If you don't respect Vargas then your a true hater who doesn't know what heart or courage is. And trash talking, gives him the "El Feroz" nickname he has. He would trash talk the other fighter, make them **** their pants, then get and the ring and deliver them a guaranteed beating. You have to be ferocious in and out of the ring. Respect goes to Vargas and **** all the haters.

Did you post this to show how much heart Fernando Vargas has?
Because he showed more courage at that young of age than most other fighters you see today.

I think Vargas was maybe 20 or 21 when he fought Tito. Barely even legal to drink and still a kid, yet he fought the fight of his life and got up after 5 KD's. Most fighters at that age would have crumpled after the first 2 KD's in that first round... but Nando fought back and even knocked Trindad down and owned him in the middle rounds. Thats true courage.

I was quite surprised when he took that fight so early in his career. I do not think he's done though like most people would. I watched him handily beating Castillejo and freaking 38 years old Castillejo beat Sturm. Vargas is a warrior, I think he still have enough left if he still continues to fight.

he should be coming into his prime but is probably at the end now
