I just wanted to know what everybody thinks of him. I used to love him during his early fighting career. He was a skilled and viscious fighter. Then came the Trinidad fight and since then it was all down hill. But I still respect him for trying. I respect him today as the fighter he "used to be" and respect as a person now. What does everybody think of him? And who respects him in here?

Vargas was sapped by Tito.
But Vargas is a HUGE ******* with all that fake "Aztec Warrior" garbage. He goes to the weigh-in and press conferences all menacing and foaming at the mouth and then gets his ass handed to him in the ring. This happened vs. Tito. Then vs. Oscar. He talked SO MUCH **** before the ODLH fight. And then Oscar KO'd him.
He got legitimately beaten by Shane. Did anyone of you see repeated head butts? Talked **** at the post-fight press conference. So, Shane gets him back in the ring and beats the spit out of him.
According to Atrocious Fernando Vargas, he has never lost: my nutritionist gave me steroids. I ate cereal for a month to make weight. I had dry toast the day of the fight. Yadda yadda. Always an excuse.

Yeah I respect him for his past he almost like a modern Hearns, I'm not comparing their skill but they both lost to the baddest men in their time, I lost some respect for him with the steriods & that **** did **** him up. He was fighting hard against Tito and taking some hard shots, btu what ****ed him up was the loss to DLH, it was more damaging to his psyche, he wanted to beat DLh so bad he took steroid & lost again & that shattered him. I respect him alot, I respect him enough not to want to see him fight again cause I think his tank is empty & he needs to move on already.Comment
