Every word of this sounds like it comes from a place of ego, not from a strong desire to improve anything. He talks like a man who still thinks he will always land the one punch he needs, and that his only problems stem from people who do not respect his power and expect him to do something different.

Yep. I picked him twice. Also defended him. Obviously, I am almost as big a moron as Wilder who has more than enough athletic skills to compliment his power but puts no effort to improve anything. As a Luis Ortiz fan, the fact Ortiz won nearly every round of each fight should have shown me the truth, instead I got blinded by the power and confidence of Wilder.

Now I wonder if Wilder will ever have another important win.

Jay Deas Malik Scott awesome duo lol. Wilder wouldn’t throw a a power jab. Throw combos. Stubborn JO. If they don’t add a legend that he might listen too forget It that duo sucks

This man has no chance of beating Fury. Steve Nash has a better chance of lasting more than two years with Kyrie and KD in Brooklyn than Wilder does of beating Fury. He fires the one man who cared enough about his long term health and keeps a trash can like Jay Deas. Sad. Just sad.

            Fighters can't fire themselves, so.......

"Mark threw the towel. I didn't think he should have," Deas said at the time. "Deontay is the kind of the guy that goes out on his shield. He will tell you straight up -- don't throw the towel in.”

Fighters need guys who care. Live to fight another day.

He would only need to tweak some things. Let’s not forget his only loss was to the best HW in the world & possibly the best HW since lennox Lewis retired. No shame in that & he did drop him twice in the first fight. Fury is looking past Wilder to AJ so there is the chance of Wilder landing the decisive blow. The only problem is Fury is one of only a few fighters in my lifetime that can actually get away with it. He is that good...
Wilder landed the decisive blow in the 12th Round. Fury rose from the dead. If your only calling card against Fury is power, you have no chance of beating that man. None.

Instead his team rather watch him get battered knowing he has no chance, just so he can go out on his shield.
                In your dreams !

No glove-gate this time, and therefore it'll be that regular pillow fisted cheat in there looking like Superman in the diner after relinquishing his powers for Louis Lane, lol.

Deontay came into the ring with a proud display of his black heritage and in 2020 being all about BLACK LIVES MATTER the first thing he does is fire his black coach. Welp

Of course he should have and did the right thing. The guy was going up against a ATC (All Time cheat) who was barenuckle brawling and Wilder had dents in his skull afterwards as a result. So I can only imagine how severely concussed he was during the fight.
