If we go back in time, Brian Nielsen.

He has a ton of scalps on his record but he fought them all when they were way too old or in the wrong weight class. Wins over:
    James "Bonecrusher" Smith in 1994
Jeff Lampkin at heavyweight in 1995
    Tony Tubbs in 1995
Carlos De Leon at heavyweight in 1995
    Larry Holmes in 1997
    Tim Witherspoon in 1999
Olin Norris at heavyweight in 2001

He also lost to old Mike Tyson in 2001 and old Evander Holyfield in 2011.

Grant, Price and Morrison were all fun to watch.

Wilder, lets be honest, was a paper champion who beat virtually nobody, BUT what a ****ing right hand, and he was entertaining as **** too due to that power mixed in with his vulnerability.

My favourite is between David Price or Seth Mitchell.

Both those guys were seen as the future of the Division, Mitchell was supposed to be better than Wilder and Price was supposed to be better than Fury.

I'll give my favourite to Price though as unlike Mitchell at least he had the guts to keep trying after he got exposed.

Michael Grant and Tye Fields were good ones also.
Fraudly Harrison, man. No one else comes close in recent years.

            Shannon Briggs by far.

Won the lineal title by robbery.

Won the WBO title via miracle.

If someone had told me he became a two time champ when he was a prospect, I would have believed it.

But he clearly never lived up to that hype yet has these types of credentials.

Until he put together a gun run of wins against top-10 contenders and stop being clumsy - he's always going to be a fraud to me.

Pricey would be next. Too bad they ruined his career and he's the weakest (mentally) Scouser I've ever seen.

Can't say the above isn't true. After beating a 39 year old Wlad, Fury has not fought one legitimate opponent aside from Wilder who's 1 KO away from being fraud stamped.

I always felt Golota had a lot of potential, but his mental issues and his lack of heart/discipline derailed his career. Twice he was beating Bowe on the cards and resorted to low blows that cost him those fights. Was winning against Grant until he quit. He quits on his stool against Tyson, gets robbed versus Ruiz. Waste of a fighter.

Beat me to it, although I was actually quite a fan of Denis back in the day, before he started going off the rails and turned to absolute crap.

Still not clear what happened to him when he was found in a coma or whatever but reports are his life just spiralled outta control and he was getting in trouble with some serious people

Fury will be exposed soon. I just hope the money dangling around in the AJ can convince him not to run.
