You know good and well that Fury;s resume is abysmal and full of bums. What other champion goes through years of fighting, without fighting all but 2 of the top 30? And you idiots think this Nandrolone cheat is number one????? not even close.
Sorry typed Wallin and meant Schwarz, although I remember Wallin being ranked at No. 30 something pre Fury loss. He's not got the best résumé, never said so. He still has the two best wins in the division of anyone currently.

If Klitschko was old, and Wilder was an overrated, bum-beating fraud, then how can Fury have the best 2 wins in the division? Again, Fury has never defended a belt, been caught on steroids and his resume is crap. That does not make him number 1

Because an old Wlad was the best fighter in the division at that point and it was between Fury and Wilder for heavyweight supremacy post-Ortiz 2 and AJ's loss. I still remember loads of people picking Wilder to KO Fury, including me, but we were all very wrong.
It makes him No. 1 for now, even if you don't like that fact. Also that comeback from obesity, drug abuse and mental illnesses in the timeframe he did is impressive without a doubt. I didn't think it was possible for him to recover that well, particularly mentally.
Now AJ stans like to ridicule Fury's off period, but they tend to ignore the very real effects of depression and bipolar. And if you think that's an act, well if Fury were pretending, he's one of the best actors ever because he was notably depressed in simply how he spoke about things. Not to mention I've gone through something similar. Also bipolar people are by nature not the most consistent emotionally, so don't expect consistency from Fury on that front. I have an uncle with bipolar and it's much worse than Fury's, ruined his life completely.

I wouldn't call David Price a fraud. He fairly quickly fought some of the best available domestic opposition and it was only when he stepped up that it became clear that he isn't what we thought he was. I don't think there was any dishonesty about it. Nobody knew he was going to choke so badly.

Hughie Fury is dangerously close to fraud territory, I think. He beat Guinn and Kassi then didn't fight for 18 months and got a shot at the WBO title, which I think was a mandatory? Make that make sense. Then I think his fight with Pulev was an eliminator for the IBF but all he did to get that was beat Sam Sexton? Then he got a go at Povetkin, and if he won that Eddie Hearn was going to try to get him another world title shot. I don't understand how he's getting these opportunities when his best win is still probably Sam Sexton and every time he does step up he barely throws a punch.

Furys win over Wlad is better than any other win any active boxer has. Period. Closest might be Lomachenko undressing Rigondeaux, or Mannys top wins. Actually Rungvisai defeating Roman is a contender as well but still outclassed.

Someone name 1 active fighter who has a better win than:
Dominating a 10+ year long reigning undisputed and lineal champion and taking all of his belts.

Not only did fury win, he did it fairly easily.. and his performance after the fight was hilarious lol

But loma had no business fighting rigo at that stage.. that win holds no water, he was fighting him two divisions above his class cmon

At this point it has to be Deontay Wilder.
