How Chino fail? He literally had a cinderella story. Went from being a crude brawler to being Mayweathers toughest fight.

And he took Ortiz and Broners 0.... Two guys being positioned to become top guys of the sport.

    That's failing?

Mattysee on the other hand basically pulled an Ortiz and killed his stock

Look at the WBA Regular lineage:

Now look at the lineage of the WBA Super belt:

They were never legit champions bro. Kinda weird for fighters of their caliber.

You have to treat the WBA Regular belt as some sort of interim belt.
Maidana was the sole WBA champion

If you don’t count sole WBA champions, you erase most of the titles history

Maidana should have a win over Floyd too in the first fight.
He didn't get screwed in that fight and I am a huge Lucas fan. He lost.

Do I think he caught a tough break in a few spots? Yea, I do. He got a freak injury that no one can really pinpoint where it even happened, and lost the next three rounds because of it. I also think he caught a tough break when he knocked danny's mouthpiece out. Danny was definitely hurt and the ref called a time out to have it put back in. He also got knocked down while tangled up in the ropes. All of these things ****** but it happens in a fight and it just happened in his biggest fight.

He also just fought ******. Fell in love with his power after the peterson fight abandoned all the things to set it up. He was going into danny head first and didn't use his jab at all. Didn't attack the body. Fought a bad fight and lost.

Lucas should've been the IBF champ when he beat Lamont Peterson but that fight was at 141 catchweight and I can't remember the reason why.

But both Maidana and Mattysshe had short primes and both had loses in the middle of those primes which set them back.
