i don't why not many people failed to mention when MArquez was offered 1.4 mil by Arum to fight Morales and Marquez once again priced himself out and instead he fought Polo, I do not think he can hurt Morales but maybe outboxed him but Morales will get the benefit of the doubt in close rounds so Morales by UD.

He wanted more than Morales coz he was the title holder but the Morales team said that Erik was the draw and should get more.

Deal went out the window. So they picked a fight with Pac instead. Niether were title holders but they were both a huge money draw.

Boxing is a sport funded by fans. Without that money, there is no professional boxing. Barrera dumped the ABC title coz he felt he didn't need it. Everyone knew he was the champ anyway.

Barrera actualy has always had the wbo if not the other titles, because when he was coming up the ranking didn't have him ranked so he could not get a ranking and a title shot, so he keep moving up unitll the wbo finally stepped up and ranked him and since then Barrera has only kept the wbo untill he hooked up with GBP then i think delahoya adviced barrera to keep the wbc title.
