Wilder should have taken that DAZN money while it was there. He would have earned maybe twice as much cashing in his WBC belt against AJ than he got from Fury.

GGG wants the third fight. Stop lying.

The others wanted the fight too but didn't want to be ambushed into a short prep time while Canelo has been juicing and training knowing he has a fight date already booked.

If those fights were not made then it comes down to money. Canelo's team did not want to pay the opponents the money they wanted.

        Kovalev got $12,000,000.

        Saunders and Smith wanted $8,000,000.

Canelo has every right to do what he feels is in his best interest. Sadly, I think this means he will not be actively fighting for some time if DAZN digs in there heels.

DAZN was a good idea but canelo might have been the wrong man to center things around.

A non English speaking fighter made it hard for them to sell subs outside of canelo’s base. This made it hard for them to sell subs In the north, south and eastern USA.

I think this gives DAZN a chance to reboot around smaller names and British and international boxers, which imo benefits them.

Gives canelo a chance to return to being a ppv boxer which is what the face of the sport should be since fans like to do things around major fights.

I’m hoping this is a win win for everyone once the dust settles.

This is likely the end of GoldenGirl promotions. Good riddance to a group of morons!

Meritocracy. Kovalev always bigger than Smit or BJs financially. How much did Khan get paid for Crawford due to his merit?

The problem is DAZN has to approve each $40mil to GBP or else Canelo can’t get his pay.

GGG Promotins has had Rolls and Szeremeta. $7mil cash for each fight. GGG doesn’t have stock. Just a savings reserve.
That makes sense. Thanks for clearing it up. I appreciate it.

The DAZN, may have bought insurance in case they couldn't honor the complete contract due to Canelo health injury or unforeseen event.

GGG is a far bigger diva than Canelo. Outside of GGG I dont think theres anyone worse today.

Tank probably gonna be a big diva tho
