Go to the body and keep the pressure on and stay close to him and cut off the ring. It's not rocket science. But in his prime, Roy didn't exactly fight murderer's row. Hell, he didn't fight pick-pocket's row.

      No it’s not.

Griffin won every minute of the fight until he got caught and stopped. That’s not what an outclassing is.

You pray he gets hit by a bus on the way to the arena,

Nobody and I mean nobody beats him at 168lbs.

Jones in the rematch vs Griffin, sunmer of 97. That Jones was an absolute nightmare for anybody @ supermiddle/lt hwy in history.

              Exactly what i was thinking.
How do you beat an athletic puncher with great IQ.
Well slow him down to the body, swarm him and dont show him no respect.
Unfortunately these type of fighters are very rare with a constant gas tank and strength to push Roy upto the ropes which is why he is and always should be considered an ATG.

So basically a brutish fighter that's rough around the edges and loves to fight in the trenches?

Yer well when you put it like that then maybe not cause ya need a special kinda fighter to beat Roy in his prime.
Maybe a Hybrid Porter/Madiana style but with the strength of Bertebeiz. lol

Prime Golovkin beats a prime Roy Jones. Have seen both careers, probably more than once. But whoever is picked in these hypothetical matchups fanboy’s wont allow it.
