Garcia is always a tough customer for anyone but somehow he fights at the level of inferior guys. I’ve never understood that.

That said, Garcia will get clipped in a shoot-out, if it gets there. Spence’s Southpaw stance will have the edge. Remember how Porter walked into that left during their shoot-out? I see that happening with Garcia getting dropped a couple of times.
There won’t be no chess-match with these two. Two much at stake for both.
Danny's a counter puncher so doubt he walks into anything.. Spence might the one that get's clipped by the left hook a few times being overzealous. Both guys are at the age were it would be a big blow to their pride and brand to get KO'ed so I don't see either taking the kill or be killed route here I think they'll give it a go an once they feel each other's power and both realize I could get KO'ed here If I'm not careful you'll see them box and play it safe. It's not like they're 24-25 still trying to prove themselves. Both are established Champions now. I see a Floyd Cotto type fight, started off hot then simmered down to a chess match.

Spence is not such a killer anyway.

      1. Struggled badly against Brook, coming from devastating loss.
      2. Went distance with lightweight Mikey.
      3. Struggled badly with Porter.

Danny has the right to be ambitious. even more, because of the fact Spence just recovered from an accident.

I don't see Danny Garcia ever defeating an Errol Spence, Jr. Accident or not. It doesn't matter how many no look, left hook Hail Mary punches he lands. He is just not that good.

He fights too inconsistently at the highest championship and elite level. He would rather cherrypick a lesser name opponent than fight the best contenders available.

He doesn't believe himself. Which is why he doesn't take many risks.

I was wrong as well. You're correct in that he didn't KO burgos. I was thinking of the Rojas fight. But the knockdown he suffered against Martinez was just a flash knockdown. He immediately looked towards his corner out of surprise and embarrassment. Not pain! What an odd thing to argue/discuss. I feel this is pretty obvious. And was also so long ago that none of it is relavant any longer
