Going to the body leaves you wide open for counters & IMO Danny’s counterpunching in underrated. Danny is sturdy, has great balance and he can crack. Danny’s issue in his losses to Thurman and Porter were him waiting too long. Waiting to counter & being too economical with his shots. He’s gotta up his output & I believe he can hurt Spence.

I think he has a better chance than most people are giving him at least. Same way people were writing off Porter.

I don’t really see Spences accident being an issue. Unless his face doesn’t hold up (cuts, scar tissue, swelling) or his dental implants, I don’t see it having an effect on him. He has a good hard jab and underrrated defense. He’s shown that he is hittable though.

Was it really necessary to add in every one of the 57 "you know"s that he said in the quotes in that article...

I think he's saying in actuality, Danny has been in bigger fights at 147 and Crawford has more to prove at 147 than D. Garcia.
Thank you for actually reading what I wrote. Blind followers of Crawford tend to just get defensive and ignore the facts.

Danny Swift is 10x more accomplished than Crawford based on resume, which is all I care about. I'd give him more of a chance to upset Spence, even if I think Spence wins, I don't see a shutout.

Hell, I still maintain that Danny beats Crawford. Again.

So it wouldn't surprise me If Garcia does a lot better than people expect being the underdog here, but I think once Spence feels his power we're either going to get a shootout or a chess match for 12rds. IMO it's going to be the latter because neither one wants to nor is willing to take the risk to get brutally KTFO at this point in their career

Both of them are some hard hitters

Truer words have never been spoken.
Garcia is always a tough customer for anyone but somehow he fights at the level of inferior guys. I’ve never understood that.

That said, Garcia will get clipped in a shoot-out, if it gets there. Spence’s Southpaw stance will have the edge. Remember how Porter walked into that left during their shoot-out? I see that happening with Garcia getting dropped a couple of times.
There won’t be no chess-match with these two. Two much at stake for both.

            Excuses mate.

Spence was drinking and partying shortly thereafter the car wreck, not to mention bragging about his survival via social media.

No excuses. Spence is fully healthy/capable.

Fact: Crawford is one of only five fighters in history to unify. Crawford is a HOF lock, Danny is not. That's not opinion but fact.

Crawford can do anything a prime Thurman could and do it with both hands. Now comes the opinion...that leads me to believe Terrance humiliates Danny. Do you see the difference. One is fact and the other is an educated opinion but still, an opinion.

I still worry about his resistance. Been there done that and it took years to recover. I'll be astonished if Spence is the same, hope he is but I have my doubts.

Danny's wrong, Spence appears to have better skill sets. The power edge belongs to Danny, but his cardinal sin is that he doesn't through enough punches. It almost appears as if Danny's afraid of running out of gas, so he only throws one punch at a time. Choosing to conserve energy through a low out put strategy. What happens with this strategy is that he gets out hustled by some of his opponents. In fights that he could've probably won, had he thrown more combinations. Maybe even knocked down, or knocked out fighters that he eventually lost close decisions to. That said I'm looking forward to his fight with Spence. If there are any underlying, or lingering effects from his accident, he could wind up getting seriously hurt. I hope that's not the case, and they put up a great show for the fans. They're both exceptional fighters, and a credit to their chosen sport.
