Marquez fought Pac at welterweight for the third fight and then took a tune up at 140 before the 4th fight so he wasn’t being pulled up to a weight he never fought at.
Pacquiao actually wanted the fight at 140 since Marquez had a belt at that weight but Marquez insisted on fighting at WW.
