Yes it is. There's 4 belts, it's literally impossible to satisfy all mandatories, unless you think he's gonna fight 5 times a year.

Fury only has one belt and one mandatary, if its a walk over fight like some fans claim, why not make the fight and get it behind instead of rumours that he is planning to abandon the belt.
