Good fight. Charlo hasn't fought anyone on the level of Dev at middleweight

Is VADA testing happening for Charlo in the fight?

Canelo himself called andrade boring yet he and his fans ignore how boring his last 2 fights vs Jacobs and kovalev really were.

Canelo only wants people to bring something to the table when it's convenient. What did khan, Chavez Jr beefy Smith or Rocky fielding ever do to deserve a fight with the "top dog"? Ryder, murota and dirrell have all been mentioned as real options for Canelo, what have they ever done?
Where is the hypocrisy? Canelo was not a full 160lb fighter and belts never meant anything to me personally they are all just an endless money grab for their respective organization. True Canelo could have fought Ggg sooner. The only excuse I would make is that once Canelo moved up to full 160 to fight Ggg he was afraid his body would not be able to go back down to 155 ish.

2 fights compared to Andrade's entire career is a bit of a stretch to compare to. I would not agree that Canelo V Kovalev was boring. I can see how you could argue that in the Jacobs fight and I would not entirely disagree.

Khan brought a lot of money to the table and to some extent brought some speed against Canelo and you could argue that Khan was his fastest opponent to date. Chavez Jr was more of fan service and for Mexican Pride. Rocky was a free fight that was more of an exhibition for Canelo to test his body at 160+. Notice how he fought Rocky in December under his new contract with DAZN and not on his usual dates of May/September?

When you say all those fighters have been mentioned as real opponents for Canelo, who is mentioning them? Unless it is Canelo, his trainers, his manager, or DAZN saying this, I would not put too much stock into it. In the end DAZN needs to sign off on his opponent and they are not going to be fine with him fighting a chump who brings no monetary value to the table.

Money talks and if you have no leverage and no money on the table you can kiss your chances goodbye. Andrade needs to make statements in his fights and hype himself up not just do lip service. Charlo is doing a good job now in fighting Derev and trying to distance himself from the pack. All these guys wanting a piece of Canelo money need to fight each other so we can clearly see who is deserving of the kings ransom.

          Just sayn, kind of weird...no?
Haymon's model is to set up all his aces to get belts before matching them against each other.

They tried to get Charlo a belt through the wbc. Charlo was going to fight either GGG or Canelo but they both ducked. GGG refuses when ordered by wbc to fight Charlo and Canelo vacated his belt, so Charlo got the belt anyway.

Derevyanchenko was also supposed to get a belt so that they can unify.

But he failed twice so they just made em fight anyway since in both losses chenko gained cred, respect, and a fanbase.

Charlo has never faced anyone close to Chenkos Caliber. As far as being off his feet, quality of his opponents has everything to do with that. One of the best chins in boxing? Let's not get ridiculous, again, quality of opposition has something to do with that. This is the fight where we are going to find out how good Charlo is, I would put him a slight favorite only because he's younger. Another reason would be that Chenko just came off a brutal fight with GGG that might of taken something from him, but who knows. I guess we will have our answers in September.
Charlo fought Trout and Jrock, both former world champions. Jrock even dropped Hurd who is known to have a monster chin.

Charlo and ain't never been hurt or dropped though.

Also, you can easily tell he has a granite chins, first because his twin has been proven to have one and second because this guy's head doesn't even snap back when he gets hit. I don't know what kind of bone structure and neck muscles he has but it's easy to tell this guy ain't going down easy, if ever.

GGG has the best chin in boxing, what was his quality of opposition before he fought Jacobs? 🤔 Cause ppl was talking about his chin for a looong time. The off his feet thing applies as well.

& I'd like you to name 10 fighters who currently have a better chin since Jermall doesn't have 1 of the best chins in boxing.

First off, Trout is not a big puncher, second you got the wrong Charlo. Jermall which is the 160 Charlo and the guy fighting Chenko never fought Trout, that was Jermell the 154 Charlo, and I'm pretty sure 154 Charlo which is Jermell is also the one who fought JRock, not positive but pretty sure. Of the 2, 154 Charlo has fought way better competition than 160 Charlo who's resume is pretty thin. So your confused brother, even if 160 Charlo fought JRock, JRock is nothing special. This will be the fight that determines how good Jermall (160) Charlo is.

If Charlo can stop Derev, that would be a huge statement. Seeing as GGG and Jacobs didn't. If Charlo wins a decision, that would indicate that he mastered distance and range which is needed against a tough guy who comes forward for the most part.

That is utter bollox. When Canelo fought Khan he was HUGE. The fight was set at a 155lbs catchweight but in the ring he looked at least like a super middleweight. Even Roy Jones Jr on commentary for HBO noticed Canelo's size on the night and remarked that he looked like a light heavyweight. It was the same for his fights against Cotto and Liam Smith. If he wanted he could've made 160lbs with ease between 2015-2016.
