Pull an mma show/w but woth no backend make callum bet on themselves offer them 5 million to show and another 5 if smith wins but with no backend. If canelos team got faith in em this would be an easy offer to give smith. 5m is more than smith would make anywhere plus if win another 5m so 10m smith probably wouldnt ever see thst again unless canelo rematch and well if get rematch guess what even morr money so now u can have a backend incentive in that match make even more and to compesate if lose and dont win match

That’s because you’d have to be completely devoid of a brain if you pay for ppv today.

Canelo wants to cash out while leaving out the guy's that are responsible for giving those fights high viewership. alongside him. Almost to create some sorta myth about himself along the way- "I aways made 30 mil while my opponents made 5" type thing going on. Its canelo (by way of him or his team) trying to seem bigger than he really ever was...he didn't have a dance partner after lil g that would've cracked 1 mil buys in sight back then. And doing lower numbers on his next PPVs would've hurt him in negotiations the way they hurt manny and eventually forced him to accept testing against Floyd. So he jumped at the contract dazn offered because it had guaranteed him 100s of millions. And dazn was in a very desperate situation to make that offer. People forget how bad dazn was doing before GBP went to them: match room was not keeping them afloat and never has been- its been GBP keeping the app floating. They should've went to Showtime.
So if GGG fights Alvarez for a third time and gets knocked out. Then he says I was done I took that fight for the money. You’ll blame Alvarez for GGG taking the fight. Got it. You mad at Alvarez making a guarantee $35M. Wonder what you think of Berto making $4M while Floyd made a “minimum” of $32M but more than $60M after PPV points? Alvarez pays the best to his opponents. The only reason they want to cash out against Alvarez is because they know that they run the risk of getting knocked out. And their career being over.

It's laughable that people used to hype these guys as "hungry young fighters" that Canelo needed to prove himself against, yet they turned down that opportunity when Canelo came knocking. Canelo's haters suddenly changed their tune from claiming he was afraid of them to praising them for turning down their shot at stardom while somehow insisting Canelo needs to give out inflated retirement pay in order to coax them into the ring. Ridiculous stuff.

Stop trying to talk up who guerrero and Ortiz were at the time. Ortiz had already quit vs maidana and guerrero was never thought of as a threat. He's the equivalent of angulo. Yet floyd still did over a mil.

Cotto was the 3rd biggest draw of his era behind Floyd and pac and he vs Canelo didn't crack a mil. Those numbers were a disappointment to all involved. Cotto may have been older but his consecutive performances vs Rodriguez, Martinez and geale under Freddie roach had many thinking he had a chance (even if it was fools gold). Canelo was only a 3-1 favorite, it was Mexico vs PR and they couldn't crack a mil??

Here's the bottom line, yes Canelo is a big draw, but no, he's not on the level of past ppv draws line Floyd pac, Oscar or Tyson. His fights vs lesser named fighters don't draw the type of buzz to warrant his contract and he will need a solid name/perceived threat to do big numbers for dazn. Therefore, guys who perceive themselves to fit that bill will want to get paid accordingly. Because in reality, who the fk wants to see Canelo vs Anthony dirrell?
Neither Pac nor Floyd did over 400k ppvs until around the age of 30 after their respective wins over Oscar. Canelo by the age of 28 had become a major attraction and was the A side in 4 fights ranging between 900k-1.3M. Those are big time numbers. So he was ahead of the curve in terms of his drawing power and it likely would have increased after his win over GGG.

As for guys like Smith, they're interchangeable by comparison yet they're somehow demanding an "all roads lead through me" payday when they've done nothing to earn that status. If they choose not to step up, that's entirely on them.

Canelo continues to low ball fighters but if you really want that shot you have to take. Those not willing to take it know they will lose. He calls ALL the shots so take it or leave it

Canelo never knocks on anyone’s door they knock at his door his team gives a low offer and it’s up to the others to counter the offer and try and get as much as possible but they have to understand they are not the ones calling the shots.
GGG arguably beat canelo twice but he still can’t call shots because it’s not about your record it’s about who puts more asses in the seats and it’s canelo by a landslide

Fap Fap Boom, Ritz Kola; these guys are in mental distress atm because there’s a dispora atm in the USA for inequality due to racism. It’s basically “white vs black” nonsense. In the middle of that war we’ve got Mexican Bidness!!!! It’s natural for the Al Haymonites to hate on the brown race because there’s always dealing with “white vs black.”

These guys can pull numbers, theory, but realistically they just upset that Floyd ain’t around anymore. They don’t like Mexican Bidness at #1 P4P.

Objectively speaking, if we put all the haters in a room whom strictly adore GGG, Fury, Wilder, Crawford, Pacquiao and serve them delicious Mexican grill with cervezas and hot sauce... bruh itd be over! Throw in some blunts, lean, heroin, Miller Genuine Draft, fish and chips, wild boar testicles, and you’ll realize everyone loves Mexican Bidness!!!

It's no excuse to dodge imo, that's just a cop out excuse imo..

Everyone is calling him out because aside from the Fury Train, he's the face of boxing.. he's the boxer they know can make the biggest money, they know he's on huge money and want a good slice.

There's a good chance that they will lose to Canelo so they want paying handsomely for it..

It boils down to money on both sides, Camp Canelo don't wanna pay it, other fighters want a piece of it..

There should be some happy medium from all sides. that way, they pay up and fight, they don't pay up, he fights the likes of Direll for rest of his career and gets ridiculed...
