As far as finances go, Fury vs Miller or Rivas don't exactly scream moneyspinner and this 3rd Wilder fight looks to be a tough sell.
    Let me ask you this:

If Fury gives up his belt due to a mandatory situation and wants to fight Joshua instead, which fight do you think will generate more finances?
    1. Fury (no belt) vs Joshua
    2. Whyte (belt) vs Joshua

Fury is after the money. Belts are secondary to him.

Secondly, if Joshua beat Whyte (again), will he be considered the best, undisputed champion in reality (not just paper)? Without fighting Wilder or Fury?

He only became (resumed) mandatory in December 2019. And his counting starts Feb. 2020 after the Wilder-Fury match, which was a mandatory defense.

Fury can argue he is given the minimum time for a mandatory defense which, even under normal circumstances, can go to 18 months. In this case, however, COVID-19 suspended boxing so it should go even further.

Fury will do anything to run away from Whyte, he's only after the money he will make from Aj's fight

I would rather see the undisputed fight first. So no Fury shouldn't drop the belt, if he does then i would rather see Joshua/Whyte 2 for all the marbles, then the winner can fight Fury and Wilder later.

I want to see Fury prove to us that he would take on all comers, Wlad didn't duck him when he was the mandatory, so all these "Belts are secondary" to Fury is another way to say he doesn't want to fight someone.

If Fury beats Wilder and his next fight is Joshua then bless him, if he beats Wilder and his next fight is anyone else but Joshua or Whyte then he is straight up ducking his mandatory.

I don't care what anyone says, they all knew the score from day 1. That man deserves his mandatory and we the fans deserves the undisputed fight.

I can't speak for the US (though I imagine ESPN would **** all over it) but Joshua v Whyte for all the belts would be massive over here (UK) and pretty much everywhere else.

As far as recognition, some will back Joshua/Whyte and some will back Fury but history will show that the winner of Joshua vs Whyte holds all 4 belts making him the undisputed champion.

It's no different to Tyson in '87 where if I recall correctly, most recognised Tyson as champion because Spinks chose not to fight Tucker.
When they eventually fought, Tyson was introduced as "the undefeated, undisputed champion of the world".

                  I agree.

I have no problem with Fury fighting Joshua after Wilder, as that's the #1 vs the #2 & for all the marbles

However if he decides to fight someone else after it who isn't Whyte, then it's a duck.

Don't worry though, Tyson Fury fears no man, least of all a mediocre fatty like Dillian. He'll get his beating, he's just going to have to hang on for it.

Fury ain't dropping the belt unless he is forced to do so. He has a 5 fight deal with ESPN and they would love those fights to be vs Joshua, not Whyte. Lots of money at stake here.

Whyte will come later because unification overrules any mandatory.

obviously being a complete newbie like yourself you cannot remember when Mike Tyson was forced to vacate his title when Lennox Lewis took the WBC to court and won and you probably don’t remember canelo giving up his belt to avoid facing golovkin the 1st time..it didn’t help lawyer suliaman then did it.
Even though I’m not a big fan of Whyte he has been completely ****ed over by that corrupt cartel and deserves his shot at that title period.
