What are you talking about? Mosley had been at 135 his whole career and was the biggest guy there. Thats not special and the same guys for Hopkins. Those are great accomplishments but they had been there for all there career and Mosley was a huge lightweight & Hopkins was a drained MW.

Floyd started all the way back at 130 & has quickley moved up to 154 despite Floyd being a super small guy. Why do you keep leaving out that part? Floyd is the smallest guy in boxing who isnt a non HW. Name one guy that is close to Floyd in terms of fighting at a weight much bigger then he belongs.

Floyd walks around at 149. Castillo has been at 135 but what it be so special if he jumped straight to 147? No because he has been at LW his whole life and has been a super huge lightweight. I mean Castillo was way bigger then Floyd back then but Castillo is still at 135 while Floyd is going to be at 154 but I bet everyone would still say that Castillo is the bigger guy

if he aint fought the "best" at 140 0r 147..so going up a few pounds isnt that serious if he is fighting scrubs

The majority draw with Mayorga (other than he is a thug that gave the match away with fouls) or his track meet victory against Roman Karmazin. Or maybe his squeaker with Judah the first time or his KOby the 2nd time. Or maybe its his loss to Antonio Diaz who both Shane Mosley and Antonio Margarito killed. Your dreaming if you really think Spinks can beat Mosley please.

He never said he wanted DLH, Shane, or Spinks at 154 and even if he did that doesn't make it alright. Also styles make fights and Spinks just so happened to have a difficult style for Karmazin to figure out. Even so he dominated the last half of the fight once he did figure it out. Mosley would not be hesitant to throw punches and if one landed...whoa watch out for glass breaking.

You guys are so funny to keep bringing up a Diaz fight that was 8 years ago when Spinks had only had 13 fights and everyone said that Spinks was clearly robbed in that fight. ****, it was a Split Decision.

Dude had a 6 fight stretch where he got killed twice by Forrest, looked ****ty in a fight that was stopped by headbutts against Raul Marquez, beat Oscar but everyone thinks he lost, then got killed by Winky. He had a 6 fight stretch where he really didnt win one fight.

After that he fought 2 bums at 147 and looked like complete garbage and nearly lost them. Then he comes back to 154 and gets 2 wins over a shot Vargas and you think he's the ****.
