Why didn't Ward fight hypejob Bute

he was the "most credible threat" because all of the other threats were taken out or taking each other out......bute was on the sidelines...whether his fault or not....he was fighting nobodies....ward told him to go beat one of his leftovers first and prove he belonged...he failed...miserably

if bute had been in that tourney theres a good chance he leaves with 2-3 L's...think about that for a minute....

Yes that sums up what I wrote,Ward didn't duck Bute but there wasn't enough reward for him at the time so he went another direction to those who were worth fighting. Theres no denying that had Ward faced Bute he would've been a wonderful scalp to have on his mantle,but as been stated Ward faced all the best around his weight so can't be blamed for the 1 guy he didn't fight.
