It was wrong the first time you said it and it's still wrong now
Try to comprehend what you read. The contract was not made by Floyd Mayweather. Nor did it say who could not be notified.
The contract only said the rules for TUE's are found in the WADA ISTUE document.
Anything beyond that, you've simply made up because your head is in Thomas Hauser's ass

Floyd hired USADA gerbil, not pacquiao. floyd had it drawn up as he wanted, sent it to Pacquiao s camp, they said they want notification, it was amended, then signed, not that hard to understand for a human, pity you spend most of your life in Floyd's arse gerbilIt was wrong the first time you said it and it's still wrong now

USADA agreed to the request from Mr. Pacquiao’s representatives that USADA provide mutual notification to both fighters upon the approval of a TUE.It was wrong the first time you said it and it's still wrong now

Uh, yes. That is correct. I don't know why you keep saying it. I'm the one who posted it to you, so why are you positing it to me over and over?
No, you moron. I'm saying it is true. How dumb can you be
What's not true is that Floyd Mayweather wrote the contract, dumbo. What's also not true is that the contract tried to prohibit anyone from knowing about TUE's. The original contract that USADA gave to Pacquaio said nothing about TUEs other than the rules can be found in WADA's ISTUE.
I don't know how many times I can write the same thing before an imbecile like you can comprehend it

Where is your proof?
Because USADA said publicly that is NOT what happened, and Pacquiao never contested that.
So who did you get that information from? Pulled from your ass I guess

“I don’t like to give blood because it makes you weak..inhibits training.” -Pac to ESPN
You know PAC was coached to say that. Like he would use the word “inhibit”.. lolComment

What?
You purposely make no sense because your brain isn't fully developed, right?
All you have to do is post up your proof that Mayweather wrote the testing contract.
Well...where is it? I'll be waiting
Then explain why USADA was so bold as to state exactly how things happened in full view of the public and was NEVER challenged on the facts they provided. Hmmmmmmm.Comment

Not long after that, Pacquiao sued Mayweather for defamation and slander for saying that he had used performance-enhancing drugs, which Pacquiao has always denied. The case was ultimately settled out of court with Mayweather paying Pacquiao an undisclosed seven-figure sum.
"They have made derogatory statements for years about Manny [supposedly using PEDs], and now we challenged them by asking for the $5 million fine, and they refused to do it. It's disheartening," Koncz said.
Mayweather has required himself and his opponents to be tested by USADA for all of his bouts since 2010, while Pacquiao has sometimes used the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association to randomly test him and his opponent in recent years.
For the May 2 welterweight unification bout, expected to be the richest fight in boxing history, Pacquiao agreed to Mayweather's demand for USADA testing, and they signed contracts with the agency about three weeks ago
