It says USADA makes the final decision and it can't be appealed, meaning that if USADA denies the TUE, Mayweather can't appeal it at all.

What does that have to do with WADA holding USADA to its standards, as according to the ISTUE and other documents, hmmm?

Where do you think all of the information about TUES and testing goes to when the lab is done, dumbo? They are all WADA signatories. Yes, including the labs.

      Dumbo!

I'll admit that you've embarrassed yourself yet again.

Manny Pacquiao can't appeal Floyd Mayweather's TUE anyway, you moron. It's regarding the athlete who got the TUE and their rights to appeal, you fool.

                Oh really?

Show it then. If anything was cut out, it was because Pacquiao wanted it cut out, dumbo.

Go read the contract and see who signed it first. All of the changes in the contract were put there by Pacquiao's team, as already revealed by USADA publicly and never contested by Pac or his team.

You can appeal anything in a court, except if you sign that right away, remember USADA was made to supply Floyd’s drug test results in court, that’s why Floyd made pacquaio a settlement apparently above and beyond what he had asked for, so his results wouldn’t be paraded in court, that shlt in Floyd’s arse must be making you lose your mind gerbil

So what you're saying is that Manny Pacquiao signed away his right to appeal Mayweather's TUE with WADA.

How or why the hell would Pacquaio appeal Maywather's TUE? It has literally nothing to do with Pacquiao.

And what you are talking about with USADA revealing medical records in court is NOT about any type of appeal, you idiot. Jesus Christ.

You are a complete idiot. A defamation lawsuit is NOT an appeal of a TUE

A whopping $114,000 for legal fees

Yea, that was so much more than Pacquiao asked for

LAS VEGAS -- A federal judge has ordered boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. to pay about $114,000 for avoiding questioning from rival fighter Manny Pacquiao's lawyers in a defamation case.

Attorneys for Pacquiao earlier lost a bid to end the lawsuit with a more severe sanction -- a default judgment for Pacquiao.

According to lawyers representing Pacquiao, it was NOT above and beyond what he asked for, but rather not enough.

So someone is lying....you....or the lawyers
