Golovkin never did anything like that

Golovkin does not have a better win than Pavlik

that version of Martinez would probably beat Golovkin

also, Martinez would fight anybody... Golovkin, would not

for actual substance, Martinez... because Golovkin fought a pile of scrubs, while avoiding difficult opponents

          Wow

The only name with an W next to it on Pavlik's entire resume is JT. His only B-level win was Edison Miranda. Everything else is completely no-hopers.

The win set Martinez's career even more on fire because of who Pavlik was (the champ, HBO darling, respectable draw, expected to have a long reign due to how power) but come on. I'd take Jacobs, Macklin, Murray, and Derevyanchenko and over Kelly any day of the week.

Saying Golovkin doesn't have a win over Paul Williams' level would be a far better argument.

Well put it this way, you'll still be making daily GGG threads ten years from now so if that doesn't tell you about his legacy I don't know what does.

                Whoah STOP !!

Golovkin's best win TO THIS DAY is the HUGE underdog Danny Jacobs

well... name Danny Jacobs best win !!

lets not use that flawed logic

the fact is Pavlik was regarded as a killer back when he beat Taylor, re-writing history will not change that... Pavlik was a huge favorite over Hopkins

comparing Macklin Murray and Derevyanchenko to Pavlik, is insane

Sergio Martinez was a bum, he wasn't a good fighter. I mean the guy almost got KO'ed by Chavez freaking Jr. for pity's sake.

                    Turrible thread, just turrible.
