GGG or Sergio Martinez??? Who leaves a more respected legacy

GGG was given a lot more opportunity’s and took less risk. Sergio stepped up to the plate more

Golovkin has a better resume which hurts to say because I believe Sergio was the better fighter but his career started late and got cut short.

Golovkin obviously; Martinez was red hot.... burned out quickly. But that year period where he fought Pavlik and Williams twice, that was about an epic a run as a boxer can have.

Martinez only defended a title once in his career (Williams rematch), no comparison to someone that was middleweight champion for eight years.

I could only imagine what you would write about GGG if two welterweights knocked him out and he fought to a draw with a fighter who went 7-39-6 in his career.

GGG finished his career with a disputed loss against a top p4p fighter in the sport and then reclaiming the ibf title against a beast in sergey. Martinez got koed by margarito and finished his career getting koed by a ww moving up.

Martinez and GGG were the same age, 35, when they fought Pavlik:Canelo. Martinez didn't need a rematch from that UD with Pavlik. Maravilla fought more Mexican style than GGG. Imagine Maravilla just hiding behind a jab trying to look busy.

The moral of the story, Mexicans over Argentina and Kazakhstan. That is all, please come again!. =)
