he gets paid regardless, the only reason he is fighting ggg is cuz dazn insisted and added a big bonus, he will be just fine without ggg, dazn maybe not... if he struggles to make 160 then he should just stay at 168, every fighter at 160 will follow for the payday at 168 if canelo selects them...

I didnt want to see this fight anyway. I doubt its competitive. Canelo may have gotten lucky the first time around but he beat GGG better the second fight. Much better than GGG won that first fight.

Fanboys wont admit it but its true. 3rd fight the "GGG was shot" excuse is prewritten. At this point Canelo should hold GGG and really age him.

Id rather see GGG vs. Charlo or GGG vs. Andrade. Canelo can mix it up with Smith and Saunders.

What I don't get is, shouldn't Golovkin forget about the mandatory and look to fight someone at SMW as a tune up before Canelo? I mean their fight isn't likely to take place at 160, and Canelo was set to face BJS.......At 168. So that's where I'm not getting Golovkin's logic at all. Does he think Canelo will come down to 160 after BJS or whoever he fights next for the trilogy? Seems like wishful thinking to me.

I just would obviously have preferred to see Canelo-GGG 3 than GGG-Szeremeta.

Personally woulda prefered Andrade over Canelo but it's kinda moot at this point. Looking like GGGs just running down the clock.

Yep, so the longer GGG waits, the harder he makes it on himself. But if he's fine with it and prefers another route, then so be it. That is his call and his choice.

Fan of Golovkin and even though I do believe he won his fights with Canelo I really don't want to hear complaints after this one, particularly about GGG's age.
