Does Manny Pacquiao have a claim to be a Top 3 ATG?

    1. Only 8 division world champion in history (including 4 of the original divisions)
    2. Only 4-decade world champion in history (1990s-2020s)
    3. Lineal championship in 5 weight classes
    4. Oldest welterweight champion in history

More divisions and longevity than anyone else in boxing history.

Does he have a claim to be a Top 3 Boxer of all time?

If not, list your top 3.

He not even top 10 ATG.... You have to take into account the careers of other fighters before making these type of claims

On Paper his accolades are superior than the majority of fighters past and present

Yes it could be argued, he has a case. But then debating who slots where at the top of this opinion based list is headache tackle. It always gets messy.

He has a claim to be no1. He's done things others havent, dared venture where others didn't dare tread.
                  Don't mean he is though.

Very close in my opinion, really hard to argue against though.
