He was a beast! Had such a presence in the ring. No middleweight in history beats Monzon.

People need to go and watch Monzon. He is CLEARLY #1. Hagler was great but he doesn’t have the resume or the multiple defining wins that Monzon has.

The other 3 aren’t even on the same level. Put them in whatever order you like.

            1. Monzon
            2. Hagler
            3. B-Hop
            4. GGG
            5. Martinez

4 and 5 are probably interchangeable depending on what you value more.

              When casuals get exposed...

“But you have to consider Hopkins was undisputed for 3 years”.😂 So was Monzon you moron. Then he became undisputed again in ‘76.

              “The 9 draws doe”.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

You are the gift that keeps on giving...

                Correct...

I’ve exposed that clown several times.

I agree tbf, the only guy I see troubling him is Hagler but I would still back Monzon to grind out a decision in a technical war type fight.

As far as Sergio, he was pushing 40 if I'm not mistaken with bad knees... So yeah, his time was up... That was right around the time G was fresh on the scene.

I always felt Sergio ducked G, but then again, Sergio was hurt a lot
Martinez was not not physically fit enough to fight a guy like Golovkin. He was looking for a big money fight against Cotto. Yes his knees were shot and he was aging. He's not a big guy to begin with. He made the right decision. He deserved to end his career with a big money fight. I don't see it as a duck unless people believe not sticking your hand in a meat grinder is cowardly.
