Pacquiao IS a great fighter, he proved that BEFORE his fight at 135 with David Diaz... which is when the funny stuff started... and he proved that in the Mayweather fight imho... because that those are the periods that we know he was clean... and he performed much better than expected imho, I thought he would get badly outclassed
