you really think a wilder coming of 2-3 losses vs parker is a "HUGE FIGHT"? lol
OK, after 2 losses not huge, but still important and a great fight for this era of HWs.

Deontay Wilder doesn't have the word quit in his DNA. "Speak it, believe it and receive it". One can only imagine the kind off heat, passion and intensity he is going to bring to the trilogy.

That's why I favor him in this matchup between himself and Tyson Fury because he is the hungrier of the two and wants it a whole lot more than Fury as well. Wilder hasn't been this hungry in five years.

Through sheer will, guts and determination; He's bringing that WBC heavyweight strap back to America in a very convincing manner.

Have you even been in the same room as a boxing glove before? Do you know how they work? Have you ever hit someone or been hit?

This entire post is naive. People can’t simply will themselves to achieve something if they lack the necessary tools to accomplish the task at hand; a man can’t climb Everest because he simply believes he can. If he doesn’t know how to reach the top then that mountain will claim him and make it look easy.

History has shown many examples where the best team does not always win like: The 2020 San Francisco 49ers and the 73-9 Golden State Warriors.

Well at least on paper, these were the far superior teams and yet they still lost because they both underestimated their opponents and because the other team wanted it a lot more more than they did. It doesn't necessarily always come down to skill. Sometimes it comes down to will.

The same goes for boxing. Boxing has a long history of examples of these like: Tyson/Douglas, Bareera/Hamed, Klitschko/Brewster and the list goes on and on.

Pro football and basketball teams, no matter how inferior they are to others, all possess the knowledge and skill required to pull off an upset. They aren’t a bunch of one trick ponies who never really bothered learning what the other guys are up to.

Douglas was always a highly skilled fighter. He just needed to get in shape to pull off the things his highly intelligent boxing boxing brain was suggesting.

Barrera beats Hamed always and forever whether Naseem overlooks him or not. Prince had a fundamental flaw that was exposed over and over.

Klitschko-Brewster is the only example you provided that makes any sense. Still doesn’t fit though. Klitschko didn’t know how to pace himself. Fury is smarter than that.

                I agree.

I can't see Wilder netting big money for this final fight. Fury finger-blasted Wilder too badly for it to be a sell to the casual market. I think the reported 800-850k PPV numbers is the spike of this saga.

Better to profit a few million quid/dollars now in step aside money rather than take the overwhelming expected loss in the 3rd fight. IMO, take on a Dillian Whyte or an Andy Ruiz. I'd pay to see Wilder v Whyte after all the talk.

Hearn hoping Fury might get taken out of the picture here, clearly scared of his cash cow being milked one last time before the udders start producing less and less.

                    Yeah, I agree.
Using a team ball sport example doesn't translate into a solo combat sport because skill and knowledge are aggregated throughout the team with the exception of a single or possibly two elite or stand out players. I only know a little bit about American Sports but I understand that the GS Warriors changed their offensive style around Steph Curry's shooting abilities and then the league has now evolved because of the Warriors success using this style. I might be a bit wrong - Americans - thoughts?

Wilder is the opposite of this.

Boxing isn't going to evolve around Wilder's right-hand because he is totally alone (not in a good way) in his level of skill/power Venn diagram. He can't bring in someone who will totally change his limitations as a fighter.

It's pretty sad that you have a personal vendetta against Joshua with your quotes of him contradicting himself (because no other fighter has ever done that right?) just like aboutfuc*intime with his GGG and GGG fan quotes. Quite pathetic.
